Typed once, from quote to payment

  1. Quote

    Prices per customer, valid until a date you choose. The customer opens the quote from a link and accepts it online.

  2. Order

    Stock is reserved the moment the order is confirmed.

  3. Delivery

    The delivery note names the vehicle and the driver, and the stock leaves the right warehouse.

  4. Invoice

    An invoice is numbered once and never changes. A credit note corrects it.

  5. Payment

    Take cash, a transfer, a cheque or credit, and the customer’s balance updates itself.

When can we use it?

Will it fit our sector?
It is made for any business that buys and sells goods. Choosing your trade sets units, categories and document texts; we adapt the rest.
Does it replace our accountant?
No. It keeps sales, purchases, payments and stock exact, and exports clean files for your accountant. Legal accounting and payroll rules differ by country and stay with your accountant for now.
Can we bring our current data?
Yes. Products, opening stock, customers, suppliers and what they owe import from Excel files.
How does it relate to Workshop and Distribution?
They are products of their own. sahmrev Workshop includes everything in Commerce and adds the workshop work; sahmrev Distribution, still an early version, includes Commerce and adds van sales.
