  1. Commerce and Workshop

Spanish, from the sign-in to the demo

    • Your workspace and its sign-in pages read in Spanish once you pick Español under your name.
    • The demo opens in Spanish, with its own products, customers and documents in Spanish.
    • On the driver's phone, each screen keeps its full title while the bar below stays short.
    • An address that leads nowhere opens a page in your language, and the workshop templates speak it too.
  2. Field

    Spanish, and visits without signal

    • Your workspace and its sign-in pages read in Spanish once you pick Español under your name.
    • The demo opens in Spanish, with a Spanish maintenance company, its sites and its jobs.
    • A technician starts and leaves a visit without signal, and the times go out at the next sync.
    • The work-log hint reads in your language.
  3. Commerce and Workshop

Imports from any spreadsheet, and the accountant’s exports

    • Imports read .xlsx, .xls and .csv files as they come. The header is found where it sits, totals and section titles are set aside with their reason, and a preview shows the result before anything is saved.
    • For the accountant, the tax summary goes by period and rate, every report and list exports as CSV or Excel, the e-invoice archive downloads as a ZIP by period, and “Reports › Journal for the accountant” lists each entry with accounting codes you can edit.
    • A lock date in “Settings › Taxes” refuses any change dated on or before it. On the driver’s phone, a sale from a closed period waits on its own sheet and goes again in one tap.
  4. Field

The report preview in your language, and a clearer start

    • The report preview opens in your language, and the report form now ends with “Submit the report”.
    • A new workspace takes its time zone and currency from its country, names the time zones in your language and opens on “No jobs yet. Plan the first one.”
    • On a phone, the “Tell the client by email” box fits on one line, and in Arabic a visit’s length is written in full words. “Get started” also asks for the email that receives replies.
  5. Commerce and Workshop

Van driver fixes, and the demo in your language

    • The driver confirms the load at the ramp, or tells the office what is missing or extra. When the van has a walk-around check, the round starts only once the check is sent.
    • Today’s receipts can be reprinted from any phone, and the van form warns when a driver with a commission has no employee record.
    • The live demo opens in your language, English, French or Arabic, and each has its own names, products, units, documents and receipts.
  6. Field

Easier on a phone, and the demo in your language

    • On a phone, the job page has a bar that jumps to its details, each form and the photos, and “Dispatch” shows 25 jobs at a time with “Show more”.
    • Menus close when you tap outside, and a whole equipment row ticks its box. Phone numbers and codes read left to right in Arabic, and stock moves get their own line.
    • The live demo opens in your language, English, French or Arabic, each with its own data.
  7. Commerce and Workshop

Receipts and the van check on the road, and a live map for the office

    • Drivers print the receipt on a Bluetooth printer or send its link, reprint the day’s receipts, and record a cheque photo or a mobile-money reference with the payment.
    • Before the load, the driver checks the van on the phone, and a fault stops the load until the office approves it.
    • The office sees the vans on a live map, each round against its plan, returns by product, and each driver’s commission on the pay run.
  8. Website

A new title and icon, and our team on the phone

    • The site has a new title, “Business software you can rely on”, and a new icon in your browser tab: the sahmrev mark on a round navy disc.
    • Your requests, support messages and payments reach our team as notifications as soon as they arrive, on a computer or on a phone.
    • The Work page shows the current client cases, and older cases are archived without being deleted.
  9. Commerce and Workshop

A bell for notifications, team messages and a warmer look

    • A bell at the top shows what needs you, such as stock under its minimum, a quote accepted, an invoice overdue or a purchase waiting for approval. Each person chooses, kind by kind, to see it in the app only, by email at once, in a daily summary, or not at all.
    • Team messages can be switched on for your workspace when you ask. They bring channels for your teams and direct messages between the people in it, with mentions and attachments.
    • Every screen has a warmer look, in light and in dark.
  10. Field

Notifications, team messages and a warmer look

    • The bell now gathers every notice, including a job assigned, a report submitted or returned and a visit planned. Each person chooses how each kind reaches them, in the app only, by email at once, in a daily summary, or not at all.
    • Team messages can be switched on for your workspace when you ask. They bring channels and direct messages between your office and your technicians, with mentions and attachments.
    • Every screen has a warmer look, in light and in dark.
  11. Distribution

Notifications, team messages and a warmer look

    • A bell and a notifications page show what concerns each person, such as a van’s stock under its minimum, a sale over a credit limit or a round still open. Each person chooses how each kind reaches them, in the app only, by email at once, in a daily summary, or not at all.
    • Team messages can be switched on for your workspace when you ask. They bring channels and direct messages between your office and your drivers, with mentions and attachments.
    • Every screen has a warmer look, in light and in dark.
  12. Website

Pages for six trades, a fuller client area, and set-up in a day

    • New pages for six trades still working on paper or spreadsheets (stone, aluminium, wood, glass, ironwork and copper) show what that costs each month and what changes.
    • Your client area shows your subscriptions, the date of each renewal with its next invoice, and how that invoice reaches you.
    • You can ask for a change of your company name or tax number from the client area. We check it, then apply it.
    • Send us your spreadsheet or customer book, and your workspace is set up the next working day.
    • Each trade page shows its worked example clearly again, and the home page has a drawn view of the software.
  13. Website

Charities, clearer header choices and a new invoice

    • A page for charities and non-profits shows the website and the tools they run on.
    • The language and appearance control in the header names its choices: Language, then Appearance with System, Light and Dark.
    • The invoices we send you have a new PDF that writes the total in words, carries a clear "draft" stamp before a number is given and gives the address to write to about the invoice.
  14. Commerce and Workshop

    Clearer documents and e-invoices

    • The e-invoice’s status messages appear on the document in the reader’s language.
    • Invoices print with their fonts embedded. A draft is stamped as a draft, without a number, and the number stands large under the title.
    • The stock value report leaves the average cost empty in its Total row, where products with different units cannot be averaged.
    • On a phone, a wide table scrolls inside its frame instead of widening the page.
    • Arabic sentences no longer end on a Latin word.
  15. Distribution

    Settings that name each option

    • Settings name each option (van stock, routes, invoices on the road, returns and credit limits, offline, voice drafts, emails), with its box beside its name.
    • The workspace language is chosen by its name, and taxes have their own card.
    • A company set to "local only" never has an outside AI service called for it.
    • On a phone, a wide table scrolls inside its frame instead of widening the page.
  16. Field

    Settings and Arabic, reworded

    • The Workspace card says which logo is shown and the workspace language, named in your own language.
    • In French, module states read in full (“Sites : Activé”). In Arabic, sentences no longer end on a Latin word.
    • On a phone, a wide table scrolls inside its frame instead of widening the page.
  17. Website

    The new sahmrev.com

    • A lighter, wider site in English, French and Arabic. It follows your device’s language and theme, and one control in the header changes both.
    • You can start a free trial of Commerce, Workshop or Field from the site.
    • A client area shows your products, your invoices and your details.
    • The home page shows software by trade, the site has more ways into the live demo, and a new client case presents Media for Good.
    • The invoices we send you have a new, clearer layout.
  18. Commerce and Workshop

A simple mode for small producers

    • Commerce has a simple mode for small producers, with four buttons on the phone (Sold, Bought, Made and Cash) and the day’s totals under them.
    • Selling on credit, piece pay by the week and a credit statement to share with a customer come with it.
  19. Distribution

Van sales, in an early version

    • Distribution is out in an early version, with vans that keep their own stock, routes and rounds, and the driver’s day on a phone that works without signal.
    • At each stop the driver sells, collects, takes back returns and empties, and a sale over a credit limit needs a manager’s code.
    • The day close counts the van and the cash with the office.
    • Your company’s legal details are printed the same way on every document.
  20. Field

A faster map, and voice drafts that follow your choice

    • The map loads faster and stays sharp when you zoom in.
    • Your company’s legal details are printed the same way on every document.
    • When your company keeps its data on our server only, voice drafts are not sent to an outside service, and the job says so.
  21. Commerce and Workshop

Job costing and a planning board for workshops

    • In Workshop, each job shows its estimated and actual cost, with the margin, as the work goes on.
    • A planning board shows every station’s work by day, and steps can be moved by hand.
    • Deliveries and installations are planned with the person or the vehicle that goes.
    • Steps are priced from the standard time of each station.
  22. Website

Our invoices by email, with a page to pay

    • Our invoices reach you by email with their PDF and a link to a page that shows how to pay.
    • On that page you can tell us when you have paid by transfer.
  23. Commerce and Workshop

    Emails from your workspace

    • Invitations and password resets arrive by email, with a link that works once.
    • Quotes, invoices and statements are sent to your customers by email from the document itself.
    • Payment reminders can be switched on, and turned off for a customer who asks.
    • Each user chooses which notices they receive by email.
  24. Field

    Reports and invitations by email

    • Invitations and password resets arrive by email, with a link that works once.
    • Reports are sent to your clients by email when they are approved, or from the report itself.
    • Each user chooses which notices they receive by email.
  25. Distribution

    Documents and invitations by email

    • In the early version of Distribution, invitations and password resets arrive by email, with a link that works once.
    • Documents are sent to your customers by email from the document itself.
