The road of one order

  1. Know the weight of every bar

Tubes and flat bars in 6 m lengths, and steel sheets, are numbered pieces with their weight. Steel and stainless steel each carry a price per kilo.

  2. Price a gate to measure

Enter the width, the height, one or two leaves, the bar spacing and the painting. These give the number of bars, the tube and flat-bar lengths, the welding hours and the painted area.

  3. Keep ends and scrap in stock

Lengths are planned on 6 m bars with the saw kerf. Usable ends come back to stock, and scrap goes into stock by weight, to sell or send back.

  5. Deliver and invoice from one order

Quotes are valid 15 days by default, since steel prices move. The delivery note and the invoice come from the same order.

24 flat bars for one gate

The ready-made gate of 3000 × 1600 mm with two leaves and bars every 120 mm gives 24 flat bars of 1520 mm, 12.4 m of square tube, and 4.88 hours of welding.

The live demo is a stone workshop, with slabs, a hotel order, cutting plans and work orders. A gate follows the same steps, from its size to the cut list and the work order. The demo resets every night.
