Aluminium and PVC joinery
Turn a window size into a cut list.
Software for aluminium and PVC joinery that follows each window from its width and height to its installation, with a cutting plan for every bar.

The road of one order
Track every bar and leftover length
Each 6 m bar of profile is a numbered piece with its section and its weight per metre. Lengths left after cutting come back to stock with a label.

Track every bar and leftover length. Demo data. Price a window to measure
Enter the width, the height, one or two sashes, the glass and the colour. The quote lists the frame and sash profiles, the glass, the handles and the assembly time, and a RAL colour adds lacquering.

Price a window to measure. Demo data. Plan the cuts on each bar
Pick the confirmed orders, and frame and sash lengths are placed on 6 m bars with the saw kerf, longest first. Glass panes are planned the same way on sheets.

Plan the cuts on each bar. Demo data. Follow each step on the phone
A window goes through profile cutting, machining, assembly, glazing and installation. Whoever does a step starts and closes it on their phone.

Follow each step on the phone. Demo data. Invoice the window you quoted
The same configured window goes from the quote to the order, the delivery note and the invoice. Changing it creates a new version, so what was quoted stays on record.
The cut list of a 1200 × 1200 mm window
The ready-made window template at 1200 × 1200 mm with two sashes gives 4 frame lengths of 1200 mm, 4 sash rails of 560 mm, 4 sash stiles of 1160 mm and 2 panes of 470 × 1070 mm.
Open the demo workshop
The live demo is a stone workshop, with slabs, a hotel order, cutting plans and work orders. A window follows the same steps, from its size to the cut list and the work order. The demo resets every night.
