How we look after your data
- In the European UnionOur site and our products are hosted by a hosting provider in the European Union.
- Backed up every nightEvery database and every uploaded file is copied every night. Daily copies are kept for 7 days and weekly copies for 4 weeks.
- A copy kept elsewhereEach night’s copy also leaves the production server, so one failure cannot take the data and its backup together.
- Restores are testedWe restore the copies on a separate server and check every file against the original.
- Export at any timeYour data stays yours. You can export it from your workspace whenever you want, and when the service ends you have time to take it with you.
- Data processing termsData processing terms (a DPA) are available to every paying client. Ask for them at info@sahmrev.com.
- AI only when you allow itAI features call an outside service only if your company allows it. With "local only" turned on, no outside AI service is ever called for your company.
- Secure connectionsEvery page and every app is served over HTTPS only, with strict transport security and browser protections against framing and content sniffing. Monitoring checks every two minutes.
