Take the farm or cooperative off paper.
When you replace paper and Excel on a farm or cooperative that still runs on paper or spreadsheets, the day’s prices stop going out by phone and seasonal workers’ days leave the notebook. Each harvest enters stock as a lot, and one price sheet goes to every buyer.
What paper costs you each month
- The day’s prices go to each buyer by phone, and a buyer still has yesterday’s price.
- Harvests are weighed and noted on paper, so nobody can say which lot went to which buyer.
- Crates are sold by the crate and counted by the kilo, in two different places.
- Seasonal workers’ days are counted from a notebook at the end of the month, with questions about who came when.
- Seeds, fertiliser and feed are bought on credit, and you learn what you owe a supplier when they call.
Each harvest kept by lot
- The day’s prices are set on one screen, product by product or by a percentage on a category, and the price sheet goes to buyers in PDF or Excel.
- Each harvest enters stock as a lot with its date, in kilograms or tonnes.
- You sell by the kilo, the crate or the tonne from one stock, and each delivery takes the earliest lot first and names the vehicle and the driver.
- With the HR option, seasonal workers clock in on a shared tablet, and pay by the day comes from the month’s attendance.
- Inputs go through supplier orders and receipts, and you see what you owe each supplier and when.

How you move off paper
Send your lists
Your products, customers, suppliers, opening stock and price list come in from Excel.
Get a workspace for your trade
The workspace starts with the products, units, documents and rules of your trade.
Train the team
The first session is with the people who sell, buy and deliver.
Start with one order
The next order goes through the software from the quote to the invoice.
Send one price sheet to every buyer.
Open the live demo, or write a few lines about your farm or cooperative. We reply and tell you how your products, buyers and workers would move in.
